Refund policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
All sales made on our website are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, wrong order, or dissatisfaction with product usage. Please review the product details carefully before placing your order.
Return / Exchange is only eligible if:

We sent an incorrect product

The product is expired
How to Raise a Return/Exchange Request
To process a return or exchange, please follow the steps below:

Email us at info@kennelindia.com with the subject: Return/Exchange Request

Attach a mandatory unboxing video clearly showing the package and the issue
(Requests without unboxing video will not be accepted)

Request must be raised within 2 days of delivery
(Late requests will not be accepted)
Return Pickup & Verification

Once approved, we will arrange RTO (Return To Origin) pickup

Product must be returned in unused, undamaged, and re-saleable condition with all original packaging & tags

After receiving the product, we will verify and approve the return

If any discrepancy is found (used/tampered/different product/damaged), refund will not be processed
Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 3 working days after verification

Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method

COD orders: refunded via UPI (e.g., GPay) — our team will collect your UPI details
Important Notes
❌ No return/exchange without unboxing video
❌ No requests accepted after 2 days of delivery
❌ No return for used or damaged products (not caused during delivery)
❌ No refund if product returned is not in original condition
